Expenses outside the monthly package
The monthly maintenance price does not include:
- Excessive cleanup from storms, vandalism, or excessive landscape debris
- Cartridge filter cleaning
- Parts for repairs
- Labor for repairs
- Service calls
- Specialty chemicals, including stain and scale treatments, oil enzymes, conditioner, and phosphate removers
- Annual conditioner and algaecide
- Excessive amounts of chlorine, acid, salt, or other chemicals due to bather load, dogs, leaking pools, excessive debris, waterfalls, or similar conditions
