Who we are
PSL Handyman & Pool is owned by Rocket Home Services and is based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This policy covers this website, the customer portal, saved personal information, service records, and inquiries you send through our contact options. Other websites and services have their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
When you contact us, sign in, or save your personal information, we collect the information you provide and the account information needed to run the portal. This may include:
- Your first and last name, email address, and contact phone number.
- Your saved home address, including any apartment or unit, city, state, and ZIP code, and the address where service is requested.
- Your Google/Firebase account identifier and sign-in email, saved profile updates, and related account records.
- Invoices, service visit notes, payment records, and any Zelle payment reports you submit.
- Project descriptions, pool type and size, and other information needed to discuss the work.
- Photos or other details you choose to send separately by email or another agreed communication method.
The website does not ask for card numbers, bank details, account passwords, or gate codes. Please arrange any necessary property-access details directly with us when scheduling.
How the estimate forms work
The handyman estimate form and pool service request form prepare a prefilled draft in your email application. Entering details or selecting “Open email draft” does not submit a service request to us through a website database. You must review and send the email yourself.
Once you send it, the message is handled by your email provider and our email provider. Our listed inbox, rockethomesvcs@gmail.com, uses Google’s Gmail service. If your email application does not open, you can email us directly or call 772-672-4062.
If direct website submission is added later, this policy will be updated to describe the new handling of form information.
How information is used
Information you send is used to respond to questions, prepare estimates, confirm service areas, arrange appointments, communicate about work, and handle related customer support and billing inquiries. Relevant correspondence may also be kept with business records or used to address a dispute or legal request.
A request for an estimate is not a request to join a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and external links
Handling an inquiry can involve providers that support email, telephone communications, website hosting, and website security. These providers may process information needed to operate their services under their own terms and privacy practices. Information may also need to be disclosed in response to applicable legal process or to protect people, property, or legal rights.
Links to Google reviews, Facebook, X, and other external sites take you to services we do not operate. Their collection of information is governed by their own policies. This website links to those services rather than embedding social-media feeds.
Retention and security
Customer correspondence and related records are retained according to the purpose of the inquiry or service, business recordkeeping needs, and any applicable legal obligations or disputes. Retention periods vary with the type of record and the reason it is kept.
No website, email service, or method of transmission can guarantee complete security. Please share only information relevant to your request and avoid sending sensitive financial information through these forms or ordinary email.
Pool customer portal, invoices, and payments
The portal uses Google sign-in through Google’s Firebase Authentication service. Your sign-in identity and email are used to match you to your pool service account. You must use the email recorded for your service. Administrator access is restricted to the authorized owner account. Firebase may process your Google account identifier, email address, and profile name to authenticate you. Necessary browser authentication storage and a short-lived secure session cookie keep you signed in; use Sign out to end your session.
The portal stores customer names, contact information, service addresses, account identifiers, invoices, payment records, and technician notes in a hosted database provided through the website platform and Cloudflare. Customers can view records associated with their own account. The technician app uses the same account and customer database as this portal. Starting or completing service records a visit status and the server time; customers can view the day, date, and start and completion times in Eastern Time. The app does not collect continuous location or GPS tracking. Visit records may include photos uploaded by authorized staff, such as pool conditions, completed maintenance, or equipment concerns. Photos are stored in private Cloudflare file storage and served through the signed-in portal to the assigned customer and authorized administrator. The upload form resizes photos and removes their original embedded metadata. These photos are used for service communication and recordkeeping and are included when reviewing a customer’s deletion request. Authorized administrators can create customer records, draft and issue invoices, post service notes, and record payments received outside the website.
In Personal information, signed-in customers can save and update their first name, last name, home address, and contact phone number. The contact number is available to authorized staff on the linked customer record so your pool technician can contact you about service. These profile details are stored with their account even before a pool service record is linked. When you sign in to the portal, your account identifier, email, and profile name are recorded so the authorized administrator can find your sign-up. The administrator can review the personal information you save and use it to create and link your pool customer record. Profile updates do not change existing invoices or the service address on a scheduled pool service record; contact us to arrange those changes.
Issuing an invoice makes it available in the customer portal. The administrator can open a prefilled email draft containing an invoice link and send it from their email application. Opening that draft does not automatically send an email.
Customers can report that they have paid an invoice with Zelle. The portal stores the report, the account that submitted it, the reported amount, and the submission time. A customer report does not verify a bank payment or mark an invoice paid; an administrator confirms receipt and records the payment.
Online card payments are not connected. Recording a payment is a bookkeeping entry; it does not charge a card or move money. If a payment processor or automatic email delivery is added, this policy will be updated before those features are used.
The separate editable invoice template runs in your browser. It does not upload its entries to the portal. Save an editable copy or print a PDF to keep it. You control any copies you download or send.
Request deletion of your data
You can request deletion of your saved personal information and portal account by emailing rockethomesvcs@gmail.com or calling 772-672-4062. If possible, email from the address used for your pool account, use the subject “Data deletion request,” and tell us whether you want your saved profile details or your entire portal account removed. Do not send your Google password, card details, or government identification.
We may ask for reasonable information to verify that the request is yours before changing or deleting account data. Requests are reviewed by our team; opening an email draft, signing out, or removing this website from your browser does not delete your records.
After reviewing a verified request, we will explain what can be deleted and any information that must be retained. Some invoices, payment and service records, and related correspondence may need to be kept for accounting, outstanding transactions, legal obligations, or resolving disputes. We will explain any applicable retention reason. Deleting portal access does not itself cancel scheduled service or settle an outstanding balance; contact us to arrange those matters.
Deleting your PSL portal data does not delete your Google account or records you independently hold with PayPal, Zelle, your bank, or your email provider. Requests about those services must be made to the relevant provider.
This button prepares an email in your email app. Review and send it to submit your request.
Your choices and privacy questions
You may choose to call instead of using an email draft. To ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before discussing personal information. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal reasons; any rights that apply depend on the circumstances and applicable law.
